RFE: Adapter for Java Speech API

      The input method engine SPI makes it possible to develop adapters for input modes other than typing. One interesting input mode is speaking. It would be good to have an adapter that uses the Java Speech API, so that speech input using Java Speech compatible systems would be enabled for all Java applications.
