In Netscape Navigator on Solaris or Windows and
Internet Explorer on Windows using plugin version 1.1.2
JComboBoxes which have drop down menus always drop down
one menu entry lower than they should (i.e. there's a
gap between the bottom of the combobox and the top of the
menu).

A program that reproduces this is in the comments field.

This shows up with all 1.1.2 versions of the plugin (including
the solaris-x86 production release VERSION
1.1.2,REV=1999.06.24.18.42)
