Java_Plug-in does not recognize's "application/x-java-applet;version=1.2.2" mime type in kestrel build "M" on Windows Platform.

Configuration :

Windows platform with JRE Kestrel build "M".

How to reproduce the bug:

Step1: Install the kestrel build "m" jre on any Windows Platform.
Step2: Then try to run the following URL.
       http://javaweb.eng.sun.com/~vmanda/lab1/mimetypes/Test_122.html
       and it does not load the applet.
