Japanese words are not autowrapped properly in help window.
Unlike English, each Japanese word is not separated by a single space,
line breaks always happen after English word, rather than between Japanese word.

The help currently reads like this:

Component Manager
JapaneseJapaneseJapaneseJapaneseJapaneseJapaneseJap |<Window Limit>
aneseJapanese

should be changed to like this:

Component Manager JapaneseJapaneseJapaneseJapaneseJa
paneseJapanese....

This is a problem with the JEditorPane or underlying text parsing code. Passing the bug on.
