With latest jdk1.3 promoted build, the SwingSet2 demo shows the floating toolbar can not restore its location when the floating window closes. It is apprently caused by the location calculation, which failed to include the system menu area.
To reproduce the problem, (on win32), goto /usr/local/java/jdk1.3/win32/demo
jfc/SwingSet2, run command
../../../bin/java -jar SwingSet2.jar
Then drap away the toolbar, after it is floating, close it by clicking "X" button. The toolbar is restored, but it overlaps the menubar.

To reproduce this bug drop away the toolbar, press
any toolbar's button or resize SwingSet2 Frame. Then
close toolbar frame. The location of the toolbar became
incorrect.
