I uninstalled the JDK 1.2.1 from the Add/Remove Programs Applet.

I then installed the JDK 1.2.2 (JDK and JRE).

When computer rebooted there was no listing in the Add/Remove
applet (from control panel) for either software(JDK or JRE).
