Tested on Kestrel FCS build C

Control panel is not working on Solaris.

To reproduce:

1. install JRE on Solaris
2. cd /home/gemma/.netscape/java
3. ./ControlPanel
    then the following messages appeared:

Can't load library "/home/gemma/.netscape/java/lib/sparc/libverify.so", because
ld.so.1: /home/gemma/.netscape/java/./bin/../bin/sparc/native_threads/java: fata
l: libjvm.so: open failed: No such file or directory
Could not create the Java virtual machine.


Kestrel FCS build C on Solaris still has the "Classic VM".
Because of this, green threads are being used.
