If the primary minitor( with primary video card ) has different color resolution and display depth with the second or the third minitor, dithering test is not
dither on the non-primary monitors. It works fine in the primary monitor though.

In this test, we build frames with graphicsConfiguration from the screen1--the second monitor( second video card ). So that the test should directly pop up from screen1, dithering test failed as long as the primary monitor( screen0 ) has different display depth.

I am not sure this is caused by AWT code or it is a 2D problem, if it is a 2D
      bug, please recategory.
