In this test, you can click the dithering button to pop up a frame. The frame is
generated by using the graphicsConfiguration of screen1 or screen2( which contain different video card with primary screen-screen0 ). After this frame be poped up, ( it is showed up in screen1 or screen2, which is the right behavior ), don't close it and try to click the dithering button again, you would see the frame jumps back to the primary screen instead of the screen it should stay.
I am not sure this is caused by AWT code or it is a 2D problem, if it is a 2D
