The messages of the JRE uninstaller are not localized.
The JRE install is running embedded from the JDK install,
but user can select the JDK and/or JRE to uninstall.
When removing "Java 2 Runtime Environment Standard Edition v1.3"
from the application deletion property of the Control Panel,
the following dialog would be displayed first in English.

Confirm File Deletion
---------------------
? Are you sure you want to completely remove 'Java 2 Runtime
Environment Standard Edition v1.3' and all of its components?

Then unInstallshield comes up in English in spite of it has been
installed in Japanese.
