Doclet API should be fixed for innerclass constructor, where first parameter shows up as "this$0".

  The innerclass constructor bug that i was telling you about is fixed
in the doclet level, so we should move that up to the API. (found out by
looking at the parameters, and sure enough "this$0" is the first
argument).
