Bug 4147349 has not been corrected in 1.2.x or 1.3 for both Solaris
and Win32. When using function keys (except for F12)
as accelerators, you find that Ctrl-P through Ctrl-Z are displayed as
the shortcuts in the drop-down menu, not Ctrl-F1 through Ctrl-F11
as you would expect.

Bug 4147349 was not investigated because it was closed as a duplicate.
But because 4147349 still exists, I think you should re-open it.
