Default handling of JInternalFrame in JDesktopPane should allow Ctrl-Tab for window switching when using the WindowsL&F. Currently pressing Ctrl-Tab in this scenario causes infinite loop in swing source.

9/8/99 eval1127@eng -- the inf. loop behavior is not reproducible with 1.1.7 (B) and Swing 1.1.1 FCS. (Report filed against 1.1.7 -- minor version not known)

However, the CTL-TAB does not provide the desired Win L&F behavior.

Searched for dupe bug/RFE for the desired CTL-TAB function.

Found 4108485, which had been closed as a dupe of 4112246, which was closed as fixed/unverified, and which apparently did NOT address the
CTL-TAB issue, since its "to-do" list did not include CTL-TAB.

Behavior is still the same as of kestrel-beta.

Filing new bug.
