RuntimeLib on win32 registry showing classic VM when plugin installed.

      When Java_plugin 1.3 is installed on win32 ,the windows registry is showing
      classic VM as runtime Lib.

      To reproduce this bug,install latest kestrel build on win32 and run regedit,look for the java plug-in (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/JavaSoft/Java Plug-in/1.3)
      in the RuntimeLib , it is showing as the classic VM.

      Java plug-in by default is showing Hotspot during the runtime ,when the demo applets are executed.
