The included regression test was written to test the ComponentOrientation feature on TitledBorders. It seems to show a potential bug in TitledBorders that is unrelated to ComponentOrientation. Run the test and click the radio buttons to see different titled borders. You will see that the titled borders sometimes change size and they also keep some garbage pixels from the previous border.
