Not able to consistently run the Accessibilty Browser Test (Ferret) with
plugin enabled browser. (80% failure rate)
The Console displays information until the proxy line, then browser freezes.

the original issue was filed aganist the winNT platform. I have also tested win95, and win98 for this bug.

win98-IE 5.0, and Netscape 4.5 each application failed 3 of 4 launches

win95-IE4.0, and Netscape 4.08 each applicaiton failed IE 3 of 4 launches, and
Netscape 2 of 4 launches.
