1999e is available. There are some changes that should be incorporated into TimeZoneData, especially Australia changes.

Olson tzdata1999e has two other changes that affects Java time zone,
1) Asia/Ishigaki is no longer exists.
2) Asia/Alma-Ata is renamed to Asia/Almaty.
