The serialver tool when used with -show flag brings up an unlocalised
dialog. This happens on both 1.1.x and 1.2 JDK versions. This bug was
formerly lumped in with 4239073 but as it happens on all locales and
not just on iso8859-15 it should be given its own bug id.
