Using Windows 2000 on a two display system (two video cards) -
all JComboBox pulldowns pop upwards as opposed to downwards on the second display (monitor).

All JComboBoxs work correctly in the first display.

The problem is easy to recreate. Simply drag any Swing based gui
with JComboBoxs from display1 to display2 two.
