In Motif, two window icons can never be overlapped each other.
But JinternalFrame icons can be overlapped.
1. Bring up SwingSet.
2. Select Options Motif L & F.
3. Select Tab - Internal Frame.
4. Make 2 frames.
5. Iconify both frames.
6. Move one frame on top of the other frame.
   This should be allowed in Motif L & F.
