I installed the 1.2.2 plugin on a windows NT 4.0 terminal server
edition system running the citrix metaframe extension.

It installs ok, but bombs with a Dr. Watson if you try to
run the console from the start menu. Also trying to access an
applet from either netscape or IE 4.0 causes the same problem.
