Dismissing Dialog causing java plug-in console to come to the front when using an applet with jdk1.3fcs-H on windows 95.
Steps to reproduce:
0) install jdk1.3fcs-H with plug-in on win95.
1) set the java console to appear in the java control panel.
2) Launch Netscape or IE.
2) go to:
http://javaweb.eng.sun.com/jdk/sqe/swing/browsersuites/BrowserKestrelFCSH/Suite/QLhtml/4/6.html
Notice the java plugin console window opens in behind the main browser window.
3) Press the Show Dialog button.
4) Dismiss the Dialog.
RESULT: The Java Plug-in console window comes to the front when it shouldn't.
