Kestrel fcs_H on Windows and Solaris;

On windows: In case of Motif and Windows L&F;
On solaris: In case of Motif L&F;

"maximizable" or "iconable" can not work on JInternalFrame.
In case of Metarl L&F both can work.


To reproduce;
1. Run "SwingSetDemo".
2. Click "Internal Frame" tab.
3. Make "maximizable" and "iconable" InternalFrame.
4. Change L&F to Motif or Windows
5. Click the point for "maximizable" or "iconable" on Internal Frame.

Frame is not maximized or iconed.
