Documents containing large number of ordered lists are often broken up with notes and additonal information. Some Help authoring tools render these notes as paragraphs with class designators related toa style sheet. When the list is restarted afte a note, the HTML code specifies the number, in order to continue the list at the poin where it was interrupted. IN the HTMLEditor the list re-starts after each note or other interruption. The start parameter is ignored.
