On Windows 98, if the javaw command is used in a DOS batch file instead
of the java command then an "Access is Denied" error is displayed in a
command window and the application does not start.

This problem does not occur on NT and only occurs on win98 when the
application being run has a space in the installation directory.

For example, C:\Program Files\KwizSolutions\Kwiz causes the failure
      whereas C:\Kwiz does not.

The batch file we are using on NT has been placed in the attachments.
