Build test/java/awt/im/CityInputMethod/CityInputMethod and install it into your JRE. Run SwingSet. Choose Input Dialog from the Dialogs menu. Click into the dialog's text field so that it receives the focus. Select CityInputMethod from the input method menu. The input method's status window shows up in the lower right corner of the screen. Drag the status window so that it covers part of the SwingSet main window. Click into the input dialog. The input method status window disappears behind the SwingSet main window.

Expected behavior: The input method status window stays above the SwingSet main window.
