1. Install French JPI1.3 on WinNT4 with I.E3

2. Go to the test plan link -> http://take5.japan/Products/Java/Kesteral-ja/JPI13TestPlan.html

3. Click on any of the links to the test suites.

4. The applet does not run and the following message appears:

'Your browser understands the applet tag but isn't running the applet for some reason'.

For Netscape there is no error message. The text in the page appears correctly. However, the applets do not run.

Build O (FIGGS):

This bug has been incorrectly closed.
We have sucessfully reproduced this bug using the NT platform and I.E.4 and got
the same result. The applets do not load (it stops half way) and then the
browser crashes more times than not.




This is still a problem using buildT
