1. Install Win 98 (Italian) with I.E.4

2. Install JPI1.3 (Italian).

3. Launch JPI1.3

4. The Java Plugin Properties dialogue box appears but the user cannot change tabs or use the check boxes - the user must use Ctrl Alt Del to terminate the application.
