Kestrel (both of beta and fcs) Plug-in can not provide sound.
However, Cricket Plug-in can.


To reproduce;

1. Install jre1.3
2. Go to the url below on IE or NC.
http://webwork.eng.sun.com/products/plugin/1.3/demos/applets.html
3. Click Animator example1.html in which an applet with audio file is described.

Sound shoud be provided, but no sound is heard, though an animation applet can
be excuted.


With Cricket, an animator applet can be excuted with sound.
Go to the url below and click Animator example1.html;
http://sqesvr.eng.sun.com/plugin1/ws/demos/1.2.1/applets.html.
