I have a Swing program which run on Chinese Window. It does display chinese by using jdk but not by jre. I've found out that because in jre, the rt.jar in lib folder has some classes missing and without the font.properties.zh_TW file. I just added the classes that I want from the jdk classes.zip to the jre rt.jar and it works. My problem is can I distribute this modified rt.jar and font.properties.zh_TW files to my customer without any licensing issues?
The classes are the conversion classes in sun/io package in classes.zip in jdk/lib
