Select the word 'mouse'. Select 'bold'. Word gets bold
Deselect the word 'mouse'.
Select the word 'mouse'. Select 'bold'. Word DOES NOT gets bold (although
in the lower textpane the second CHANGE is also displayed.

It also happens with buttons or accelerators.
Are events getting lost?

Also, when it works, it does not always get its new size (since bold and
not bold have different Xspan)
