STOP/START events are not being generated during underflows and end of clip

      As it is apparent, it never happens. STOP-START pair will never be
      generated even though underflow happens. As a matter of fact I cannot use it even to determine when the audio piece is ended - I have to sleep for
      ~2*bufferlength to stop the thread spinning.

      see attached testcase/sample file.

      Another things to note is when the file is being initially read and streamed. The initial strived condition creates popping noise just before the stream starts playing.
