As it is apparent, it never happens. STOP-START pair will never be
generated even though underflow happens. As a matter of fact I cannot use it even to determine when the audio piece is ended - I have to sleep for
~2*bufferlength to stop the thread spinning.

Another things to note is when the file is being initially read and streamed. The initial strived condition creates popping noise just before the stream starts playing.
