JEditorPane has strange characters in Chinese Windows 98

      For FCS N version, In Chinese Windows 98, JEditorPane display a strange character at the end of each paragraph, this maybe incorrect explaination of 'Return'. On Windows NT & 95 this bug doesn't exist.

      To reproduce this bug, run SwingSet2 demo program and select JEditorPane

      I attatch a snapshot of this bug.
