 1)The documentation for the _is_equivalent(Object that) method
in org.omg.CORBA.portable.ObjectImpl class having some complexity in the =
explanation of return value(boolean) that should be simplified.(it's =
not understandable at the first read).
  2) Signature of the method having "that" object as a parameter and =
explained as a "other" object . so "that" should be changed as =
"other".(tags copied from the org.omg.CORBA.Object ,but object name is =
changed in the org.omg.CORBA.portable.ObjectImpl).
