Java HotSpot VM 1.3-O sends wrong buffer contents for event
JVMPI_EVENT_HEAP_DUMP
with dump level JVMPI_DUMP_LEVEL_2

This problem prevents the hotspot_client1.3-o VM from passing the test in debug
mode:
     nsk/jvmpi/RequestEvent/reqevent005
which could be found in the HotSpot's testbase:
    /net/sqesvr/vsn/testbase/testbase_nsk

To reproduce the bug run doit.bat in
GammaBase/Bugs/<this bug number>
