HotSpot 1.3fcs-P JVMPI does not send JVMPI_EVENT_METHOD_ENTRY event
when an empty java method is invoked.

To reproduce the bug run doit.bat in
GammaBase/Bugs/<this bug number>
Classic passes the test (doit -classic).

Running on HS 1.3fcs-P the test outputs:
