HotSpot 1.3fcs-P in debug mode crashes while running test
nsk/jvmpi/RawMonitorEnter/rawmnenter001 from testbase_nsk.
This is observed on both winNT and win98.

To reproduce the bug run doit.bat in
GammaBase/Bugs/<this bug number>
Classic passes the test (doit -classic).

Running on winNT the test outputs:
