When a Custom Cursor is created using an gif or jpg image the cursor is not drawn properly.
In Solaris:
The duke cursor is transparent and is not drawn properly. When a bigger colored image is used to create the cursor, the colors are not seen.... as such the cursor is not drawn properly. When a jpg image is used, the cursor appears to be a black square and the image is not drawn at all.
In Windows:
The behaviour is fine and the cursors are drawn perfectly.
The bug can be reproduced by running the attached testcase. Click on the different buttons to view the cursor created.
