Image does not display well in 256 colors win98 with 3dfx Voodoo3 card

      Images displayed with incorrect color pixels all around. Dithering test displayed different incorrect pixel colors in different areas on the canvas.

      Video card used for this test: 3dfx Voodoo3 3000 PCI
      The same test runs well in winNT with the same video card.
      The test also passed in win98 with video card: ATI 3d rage pro
