This error output is generated when Monkey is run with latest build of jdk(R)

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Load the latest Monkey tool.

Error when Monkey is loading, is still happening, however, there is a new twist- the bug stated above, is continuing to happen.
When Monkey is loaded from the Program Files/JRE dir the error still happens.
In order to see if this bug is really taken care of the 4351770 bug needs to be taken care of first.

Veriefied in merlin build b38, that bug no longer happens.
