Henter-Joyce, a screen reader vendor we are working with, has asked for a way to programatically get keyboard shortcuts to menus, radio buttons, etc. Blind users often want to know this information so that they can use those shortcuts rather than the more cumbersome mechanism of tabbing/F10-ing to the controls in order to activate them via keyboard.
