The Animator applet makes a noise sound using Kestrel Plug-in both solaris
 and win32.

To reproduce:

1.Install jre1.3
2. Go to the url below on IE or NC.
 http://webwork.eng.sun.com/products/plugin/1.3/demos/applets.html

3. Click Animator example1.html in which an applet with audio file
is described

Sound was provided, but sometimes heard the noise sound.

However, when the applet copy local file and run it again,
still using the Java Plug-in, it works fine.
