Under WinNT/2000, the "NO Disk" message produced by java.exe when no CD is found in CDROM
or no disket is found in floppy does not close if application is terminated
using Ctrl+C on the command prompt.

      To reproduce this bug:
      Run FileChooser application from ../demo/jfc/FileChooserDemo

Try to read an empty CDROM drive.

Note that the "NO DISK" message appears on the screen.

press Ctrl +c to exit application.

Note that message is still displayed on screen although
      application is closed.
