When using the Browse button to browse the directories, the files under the directories are not displayed.
Setup:
1. install "1.3.0rc1-T" on WinNT
2. install HTMLConverter v1.2.2
To reproduce:
1. invoke the HTMLConverter
2. Click on the Browse button to browse the directories.
Notice that only subdirectories are displayed. No files are displayed.

Classic VM (build JDK-1.2.2-001, native threads, symcjit)
I downloaded htmlconv1_3.zip and extracted the fiels. I double-clicked on
HTMLConverter.bat to start the software. THe HTML Converter came up.. I clicked
the Browse... button to bring up the FileCHooser,i find that no fiels show up,
only directories. Thus cannot choose any .html files to convert
