java_g assertion failure: must be a post-dominating merge point (split_if)

The assertion failure arises under the run of
/net/sqesvr/vsn/testbase/testbase_nsk/src/nsk/arguments/sysdic00101 test
using java_g (java version "1.2.2"
Java HotSpot(TM) Server VM (2.0merlin, mixed mode, debug build A)).
This assertion failure reproduces under the run through Tonga.
Need to note, sysdic00101 test has stutus "PASS" after the run.
This failure does not reproduce without Tonga using.
