Run SwingSet2 demo, undock JToolBar after all the demos have been loaded. The
layout of the SwingSet2 JFrame isn't updated: the place where the JToolBar was
docked remains empty. Move the undocked JToolBar over the place where it was
docked: it can't be redocked. You have to close the undocked JToolBar JDialog
in order for it to reappear in the SwingSet2 JFrame.
