JTabbedPane toolbar icon in SwingSet2 does not get updated on L&F change

      Run SwingSet2 demo and change Look and Feel. Note that JTabbedPane icon in the
      toolbar is not updated being the one from Metal L&F.

      This happens in Kestrel and Merlin on both platforms.
