rmid tool doc missing stuff

      The doc for the rmid tool (at least on Solaris) is missing stuff. Three things I know of:

      -C is in the OPTIONS list but not in the SYNOPSIS

      -stop is in the OPTIONS list but not in the SYNOPSIS (maybe this should
      probably be documented as an alternate syntax since presumably -C and
      -log are not relevant).

      -J isn't documented at all

      You probably need to check with the RMI team to make sure there isn't anything else missing.
