rmic -iiop fails to use classpath properly or to use jar files on the classpath

        If the output directory is specified, rmic -iiop may not examine the classpath properly when searching for files. The attached example by Nandkumar Kesavan illustrates this.

        Also, rmic -iiop never utilizes .jar files in the classpath.
