Need to update various version numbers for Merlin. See the output from
the following two commands for the current state of the VM portion
of this information:

% /usr/local/java/jdk1.4/solaris/bin/java -version
% /java/jdk/bin/jdk-version /usr/local/java/jdk1.4/solaris (See the
source comments in /java/jdk/src/jdk-version/Versions.java for details
on where these values should be changed.)

There are some other areas that need to be reved in addition
to the VM:

  Class file version number (Compiler changes required - see iag@eng)

  Plugin version (plugin may be ok, not sure where they get their
  version info - see stanleyh@eng)

  ActiveX bridge (packager) (see 4285096 & devaj@eng)

This information is currently scattered around the various source bases
and build environments. This whole process should be simplified. I will
be filing an RFE regarding this.
